The event will have complimentary passed hor d'oeuvres and a cash bar with proceeds benefiting First Star at Loyola. The event will also feature a silent auction and raffle.
$40 suggested door donation.
All proceeds will go directly to fund First Star at Loyola. 
~~FIrst Star at Loyola is the newest addition to the First Star family. Through First Star's innovative academy programming, First Star is challenging the devastating statistics surrounding foster youth and college graduation (3% nationwide).
Each First Star Academy is a direct service college-preparatory program serving foster youth ages 14 to 18. First Star partners with leading 4 year universities to operate residential Academies for high school students in grades 9 through 12, physically located on college campuses. By providing ‘big brother, big sister’ undergraduate role models, immersion in campus culture and a focused curriculum that spans academic training and life skills, the University and First Star enable a future of college for the Foster Youth themselves.
