Rush Copley's Outpatient Diabetes Education Program which educates over 240 uninsured and underinsured patients each year to successfully manage their diabetes through one-on-one counseling and education.

  • An annual Heart Disease Survivor Walk that creates awareness for and celebrates heart health in our community.

  • Four AEDs donated annually to local churches and nonprofits that could not otherwise afford one.

  • Weight scales for heart failure patients who are discharged and have limited means to purchase their own scale as regular and accurate monitoring is essential to help self-manage their condition and avoid re-hospitalization.

  • Community CPR Classes hosted quarterly, these classes provide CPR certification in English and Spanish at no cost to participants.
